Will HireLine work on my Shopify plan?

Yes. Core hire pricing uses Shopify draft orders, so it works across Shopify plans. Some Shopify-native company features still follow Shopify's own eligibility rules.

Do I need to rebuild my product catalogue?

No. HireLine adds rental settings to the products and variants already in Shopify. You choose which items can be rented, and Shopify stays the home of your catalogue and finances.

How do deposits work?

HireLine supports captured refundable deposits: fixed, percentage or per product. On return, staff can refund, keep an approved incident amount or raise an additional Shopify invoice.

Can it sync with our company calendar?

Growth adds private iCalendar feeds and subscriptions. Trade adds two-way Microsoft 365 and Outlook sync using delegated or app-only connections.

What happens if two customers want the same item?

Availability and price are always checked on the server, and a final check at checkout catches a clash before payment. On Pro and Trade, unique assets can be allocated individually.

The free Starter plan covers the core hire storefront, live availability, draft-order checkout, and bookings, handovers and returns. Growth, Pro and Trade add deposits, assets, contracts, calendar sync and trade invoicing. Prices are in USD and billed through Shopify.
